Rosalia

Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia (Spanish for "Rosalia") is a Spanish Pop and Flamenco Singer. From the time she was a teenager, Rosalia has explored the fringes of pop and traditional music. Pepe Haichuela, a flamenco guitar and well-known musician, has described the voice of this young artist as sweet and sharp and grit. El Mal Querer was her major commercial and critical breakthrough in the year 2018. The single Los Angeles garnered her attention and a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist and it was a top hit on Billboard's Latin Pop Albums and she won a Grammy. La Fama was released by the Weeknd in 2021. Motomami is her third studio album. The singer collaborated with a variety of performers and musicians including Cory Henry. The set came out in the month of March 2022, following a Saturday Night Live performance featuring the song Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the very first Spanish artist to appear in a solo performance on the show. Motomami Rosala as well as winning three Latin Grammy Awards and the Latin Album of the Year award twice, she was the first woman ever to win both of these awards.
